Thank you for shopping with tends.shop. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality fashion accessories and excellent service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and all tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival
To initiate a return, email support@tends.shop with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
  • Earrings (due to hygiene standards)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned after the applicable return window
Note: If your earrings arrive defective or damaged, please contact us—see Section 3.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@tends.shop within 7 days of receipt and include:
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/card issuer)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
